About Danielle
Danielle started her career in engineering consulting, where she learned early on that the best solutions come from understanding how work happens in the field, not just on paper.
She later worked in upstream operations at Shell as a Facilities Engineer, working closely with engineering and operations teams to improve coordination, execution, and day to day performance in complex operational environments.
Danielle continued her work across midstream and downstream operations at MPLX as a Process Engineer, supporting process improvements, operational initiatives, and execution focused engineering efforts across the entire asset.
Today, Danielle works with organizations, leadership teams, and executives navigating operational challenges, execution issues, and complex initiatives. Her approach is based on real world experience helping engineering and operations teams stay aligned, solve problems quickly, and execute more effectively, including providing strategic and fractional operational support when needed.
