Her background in leadership, finance, and project management paired with her ability to deliver projects on time and within budget enables her to obtain the most efficient EPC solutions for your organization. In her free time, Danielle enjoys yoga, skiing, and cooking.

Tonia’s financial experience comes from years working in leadership positions for Shell, UPC, and Magnum Midstream. Through her work ethic and experience negotiating, Tonia is able to strategize and implement cost saving measures for your company. She also conducts detailed audits and oversees annual budget planning in order to help optimize your organization. In her free time, Tonia enjoys boating, exercising, and traveling.

Chris’ experience teaching Lean Systems at the University of Kentucky and is 30+ years working in the Oil and Gas industry has enabled him with the skills to work as an accomplished lean consultant. As a lean consultant, Chris has mentored organizations in increasing their overall value and reducing their waste, achieving over $20 million dollars in added value over a ten-year period. In his free time, Chris enjoys walking his dog at the park, completing DIY home projects, and having conversations with his neighbors about how to make the world a better place.

Jared’s 15+ years of experience accomplishing cross-organizational projects has allowed him to execute innovative solutions that will maximize the value of your project’s lifecycle. Not only does he ensure that the delivery of your projects is ahead of schedule, but he ensures that they are under budget and have had no safety incidents. Jared is also a certified Welding Inspector from the American Welding Society. In his free time, he enjoys boating, woodworking, and fishing with his kids.

Bridgitte is a registered professional engineer with experience developing capital investment and quality improvement projects for large oil companies. Her experience as an account manager for 20+ natural gas accounts in Pennsylvania and across the north east has enabled her to achieve a 100% success rate when re-establishing procurement opportunities. In her free time, Bridgitte enjoys taking care of her 8-acre farm and competing with her horses.

Charles has designed, built, and managed $5 million projects in the northeast within oil and gas facilities and processing plants. He has also provided startup support for over 20 cryogenic gas plants, pipeline wells, oil terminals, and CO2 liquefaction facilities. Through this experience, he has worked with industry regulations and codes including: OSHA, ANSI, API, NFPA, ASME, NEC, RAGAGEP, and PSM. This knowledge allows him to ensure that your project meets all legal industry requirements. In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time with his two children, caring for his mother, and 3D printing and programming microcontrollers.

With over 15 years of experience in the steel mill fabrication field, Jim has excelled in creating mechanical, electrical, and schematic layouts for engineering designs. Through Jim’s work ethic, he has achieved an enhanced skillset in Auto Cad, Architectural Desktop, and Microsoft that allows him to develop the optimal design for your project needs. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, wood working, and playing tennis.
